Program Manager:
Tasks
- Implement the action plan for the program, following the timetable, and monitor progress on it including making necessary changes
- Develop a strategy and action plan for media outreach on the program in coordination with ECWR’s media coordinator, and review all press releases and correspondence related to the program
- Communicate with all interested organizations at the local and national levels, to better coordinate their activities with our program
- Responsible for developing the international relations and development strategies, and their implementation, including international public affairs, and international advocacy
- Develop communications and advocacy materials to report on and advance the goals of the project in the international level, including press releases, presentations and interviews to advise international stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Experience in the NGOs sector is required.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a wide range of issues.
- Work effectively in a multicultural environment. Analytical skills, resourceful and organised work practices with capacity to deal effectively with changing priorities, ability to keep deadlines and deal with several tasks simultaneously.
Social Media Coordinator:
Tasks
- Contacting and coordinating with the media outlets.
- Writing the press releases.
- Prepare press releases to promote media coverage at the national and international levels, on printed media, radio and TV
- Prepare news features and fact sheets for journalists on issues and events included related to the programs, which will also be posted online
- Developing and updating the website
- Design and implement a database to easily record and analyze data gathered during the monitoring process
- Develop better communication through social media tools
Required qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Experience in the social media.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of the global media market and of the requirements of different kinds of media (print, TV, radio and web).
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a wide range of issues.
- Work effectively in a multicultural environment. Analytical skills, resourceful and organised work practices with capacity to deal effectively with changing priorities, ability to keep deadlines and deal with several tasks simultaneously.
Lawyer and legal Researchers
Tasks
- Receive complaints from the field
- Document the received complaints and file cases if needed
- Write reports about the legal cases procedures
- Monitor on daily base women status in Egypt
- Provide research papers particularly focusing on women’s rights and the barriers to achieving their full rights
Required qualifications
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively on a wide range of issues.
- Experience in the legal field as a researcher and lawyer.
