One of sexual harassment publications that were distributed at the May 18th, 2007 event in Sakyat El-Saway Culture Wheel. It contains stories about women who experienced harassment, a summary of ECWR’s campaign activities and objectives, background information on the beginning of the sexual harassment campaign, and what have to do if you are harassed.

This book addresses the issue of sexual harassment and the difference between sexual harassment and other similar forms of violence. In addition, this book discusses the silence surrounding sexual harassment, the reasons behind sexual harassment, follow-up reports of focus groups held for different target

groups and conducted by ECWR, general results of the study, the impacts of sexual harassment on both the harasser and those who experience the harassment, the negative effects of sexual harassment on families & society, what to do if you experience sexual harassment, what your legal options are if you experience sexual harassment, the applicable articles in the Egyptian Penal Code, and women’s personal accounts of sexual harassment.

The booklet entitled “Sexual Harassment & How to Confront It”. The booklet includes a definition of Sexual harassment, the impacts of sexual harassment, how to deal with sexual harassment at the individual level (girls and women), how to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace and study, searching for ways for protection, how to face sexual harassment on the societal level, and the draft law submitted by ECWR.
