{"id":1082,"date":"2011-11-20T17:16:42","date_gmt":"2011-11-20T17:16:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/enas\/?p=1082"},"modified":"2011-11-20T17:16:42","modified_gmt":"2011-11-20T17:16:42","slug":"press-release-the-training-for-the-female-candidates-of-the-revolution-council-peoples-assembly-council-2011-ends","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecwronline.org\/?p=1082&lang=ar","title":{"rendered":"Press Release The Training for the female candidates of the revolution council (People\u2019s Assembly Council 2011) ends."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday 27 of October 2011 the first ECWR intensive training for female candidates of the 2011 People\u2019s Assembly Council for the governorates of the first and Second phases (Cairo, Alexandria, El\u2010<br \/>\nFayoum , Luxor , As\u2010Sharqaya , Al\u2010Isma\u2019alya, Kafr El\u2010Sheikh, Red Sea, and El\u2010Gharbaya.) ended.<\/p>\n<p>The training which began on Wednesday 26 of October 2011 was entitled \u201cManaging the Operations Room for the Female Candidates and their Staff\u201d<\/p>\n<p>28 female candidates for the People\u2019s Assembly Council attended the<br \/>\ntraining, 15 female candidates at the individual level and 13 female candidates from different political parties lists including : The Union, El\u2010Waffed, El\u2010Tagamoa\u2019a, El\u2010Nasary, The Freedom and Justice, Egypt is the<br \/>\nRevolution, Human Rights and Citizenship, Al Ghad, Socialist People&#8217;s Coaltion \u2013 Conservative.<\/p>\n<p>The opening session started with Mrs. Nehad, ECWR\u2019s Chair. She introduced the female candidates and presented the main components of each one\u2019s platform and the reasons of the nomination. This was followed by a discussion about the problems and issues many female candidates face at the legal and civil levels during all the electoral phases<br \/>\nand important advices to confront these situations<\/p>\n<p><strong>The training addressed the following topics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The legal environment that frames the electoral process: From the legal procedures followed according to the new election law and the conditions of the nomination, to the end of all the election phases including the announcement of the results.<\/li>\n<li>How to deal with the High Commission of the Election; form a team work; how to formulate an electoral platform and select its priorities.<\/li>\n<li>How to communicate with the media via electronic media and then communicate with the voters and follow up the electoral campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Critical situations and how to deal with them.<\/li>\n<li>How to manage an operations room and the expected problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is worth mentioning that ECWR will hold a series of intensive trainings for female candidates of the People\u2019s Assembly and Shoura Councils 2011 in cooperation with all the political powers and independence female candidates.
