The Egyptian Center for Women\u2019s Rights ECWR would like to invite you to attend a round-table discussion on \u201cWomen\u2019s status in the New Constitution\u201d. During this round-table, the discussion will include the problem of depending on the citizenship article instead of having a special article to guarantee equality between women and men especially after the cancelation of article 68 and the dangerous consequences of this cancelation. In addition, women\u2019s rights in the light of the rights and freedom articles will be discussed along with the going on arguments amongst the founding committee of the constitution members. Finally, the Egyptian women\u2019s fears of getting their rights in the new draft of the constitution will be handled.<\/p>\n
Mrs. Nehad Abolkomsan, the chairwoman of the Egyptian Center for Women\u2019s Rights ECWR, will moderate the discussion that will take place on Sunday 2nd of December 2012 from 10 AM to 1:00 PM at Pyramisa Hotel \u2013 Louvre Hall, Dokki<\/p>\n
