Labor Law and Real estate Registration Issues are the most pressing than Family Ones
(Cairo, June 6th, 2018) Around 1000 legal questions in various issues were received via “Ask My-Lawyer” website during May 2018.
Women have surpass men in inquiries relating their rights, the percentage of women’s questions reached 75% out of the received questions, while the percentage of men questions was 25%.
The most frequent users’ age group on the web-page was the age from 20 to 30 years old, followed by the age group of 30 to 40, then the age group from 40 to 50, then the age group of 50 to 60, and finally the age group below 20 years old and older than 60 year old.
The questions have been varied including issues related to inheritances, pensions, domestic violence, labor laws, how to register property ownership contracts, problems with tenants, child support, custody and vision, dissolution of marital status, and how to prove divorce.
The questions related to labor, contracts’ registration of apartments and real estate occupy the higher percentage than the personal status ones.
For the most interest issues according to the results of visitors’ searching were the inheritances, civil law especially the procedure of buying and registering apartments. Contrary to popular belief that women’s attention is often focused on problems of custody and vision which indicates the importance of the problem of custody and vision for a specific category who are suffering from the problems of separation. However, the interest in general was focused on various issues and transactions as follows:
Inheritance, the procedures of buying apartments, divorce & Khula, alimony, the procedures of establishing companies, marital home empowerment, civil services laws, vision and custody.
